You can choose from the various trainings that we offer at our gym. All these trainings are provided by experienced instructors and your monthly progress is measured

Weight Training

Consult Power Fit Gym: To develop a program tailored to your goals and fitness level.

Warm-Up: To prepare your muscles and reduce injury risk.

Start Light: Begin with lighter weights to master.

Consistency: Regular workouts are key to seeing progress.

Cardio Training

Steady-State Cardio: 30 mins running, cycling at consistent.

Interval Training: 10 rounds of 1 min of high-intensity running followed by 1 min of walking.
